Dearest Rascals,
So the Patriots lost the Superbowl; consequently my prediction failed. I got the margin of victory right, but for the wrong team. I did tell some friends I went out with the day before that no matter who I picked, I was going to pick wrong, so I have a little vindication in that respect. Congrats to the Giants and their fans. The game capped an interesting season. As a Bears fan I had some highs and way too many lows. All things considered, I'm happy the owners and players could agree to a new deal and play football. Next up, the draft! I had a dream that the Bears picked a big receiver with the 19th pick. Weird, cause they don't have the 19th pick. Enjoy the offseason friends.

Maybe your dream changed the future!
ReplyDeleteI can see how you'd correctly imagine that you'd guess incorrectly. That way, something is bound to be right, lol.
ReplyDeleteCool blog!
Win some you lose some lol. I guess right. I thought the giants would take it and during the game I thought they wouldnt but in the end they came out on top yay
ReplyDeleteI didn't watch the Super Bowl. I was all "WOO! PATS!" because my friend like the Patriots and I didn't want to hear them get all butthurt about it.
ReplyDeleteHah. Interesting.
ReplyDeleteIt's a sad time of year since we now have to wait months for another NFL game.
ReplyDeleteDidn't watch Superbowl, but I'm glad you enjoyed it!
ReplyDeleteYeah, same story with me. I am confident that my picks will always be wrong... but if I try to outhink it and try something like, "Well, I think A will happen so that means B will happen, so I will pick B and try to outsmart myself." Then A WILL happen. Well, I think it all boils down to that God hates me, and wants me to always be wrong.
ReplyDeleteI didn't watch the Super Bowl this year, looks like I didn't miss much.
ReplyDeleteThis was my first Super Bowl and I loved it. Didn't cheer for a team, so any of the teams winning was cool.
